PCN inducts 154 Graduands

The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), on Friday, July 16, 2021, inducted 154 graduands, upon completion of the First Cycle 2021 Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Orientation Programme.

The oath-taking/ induction ceremony which held at the PCN Head Office, Abuja, was presided over by the Chairman, PCN Governing Council, Prof. Ahmed Tijjani Mora, mni, who was also the Chairman of the occasion. The Registrar, PCN, Dr. N. A. E. Mohammed; Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Benin, Prof. Michael U. Uhumwangho; Dean, Bayero University, Kano, Dr. Sani Malami; PCN Heads of Department and Heads of Unit; and supporting parents of the graduands graced the occasion wherein these inductees took their oaths.

The Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Orientation Programme is a 6 weeks programme for Pharmacists who have trained abroad and want to practice in Nigeria, acquainting them with the Nigerian Pharmacy laws.
